HITS
Brakes is the Primary Partner of the Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland. HITS helps those students joining the foodservice industry to achieve their goals whether through bursaries for equipment or scholarships.

Encouraging excellence in young chefs
Brakes Student Team Chef Challenge is the largest student pure cooking competition in the UK. This national competition gives young chefs a platform to demonstrate their skills. Over 70 colleges enter the competition each year, with the final held at a major industry exhibition.
